Monthly Strata Maintenance Programs

Our Monthly Strata Maintenance Program ensures your property stays well-maintained with a variety of essential services. Each week, we have a truck onsite to handle tasks like repairing or replacing lights, fixing fences, gutters, and drains, and addressing clogged gutters (to a limit). We also offer washing services when needed (to a limit), weed removal in parking stalls, and repairs to siding and soffits. Additionally, our program covers small general maintenance tasks and minor painting touch-ups, providing you with hassle-free upkeep and peace of mind throughout the year.
